Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with Magic India Tour. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with the terms mentioned below.
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment as specified for the chosen tour/package.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, UPI, or other approved methods.
All service charges, transaction fees, or bank charges must be borne by the traveler.
Prices are subject to change in case of tax revisions, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows unless stated otherwise in your specific package:
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure / No show: 100% of the tour cost
No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or voluntary cancellations during the tour.
Any changes requested by the traveler after booking (dates, hotels, itinerary) may incur additional charges.
Amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–21 working days after deduction of applicable fees.
In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, weather issues, strikes, government restrictions), refund decisions will be based on supplier/hotel policies.
Travelers must carry valid identification, visas, passports, and any other required documents.
Magic India Tour is not responsible for delays or denial caused by incomplete or invalid documents.
We act as an intermediary between clients and hotels, transport services, airlines, and other service providers; therefore, we are not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Magic India Tour is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, theft, or damage during the tour.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the tour.
Any special medical needs or conditions must be communicated prior to booking.
Adherence to safety guidelines, instructions, and local rules is mandatory during the tour.
Rooms are allocated based on availability at the time of check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
In case of unexpected unavailability, a similar or upgraded accommodation will be arranged.
Vehicle type is provided based on group size and availability.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are beyond our control.
Driver working hours must be strictly respected for safety reasons.
Magic India Tour will not be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, accidents, strikes, flight delays, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India (or your preferred city—tell me if you’d like it changed).
